Reflexology
Deeply relaxing and re-vitalising, reflexology is a precise pressure point massage of the feet and/or hands. The feet and hands reflect each part of the body through connected energy pathways.
A gentle and safe therapy suitable for all ages, reflexology aims to enhance the flow of energy, releasing and letting go of tension and stress, thus encouraging the body and mind to restore balance and good health.
Mindfulness
Train your mind and body to change the way it thinks and feels using the power of mindfulness. Using a variety of simple techniques, mindfulness can help relieve stress, anxiety, depression and to manage chronic pain.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage includes massage of the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head, ears and face. It incorporates a number of techniques.
Each treatment is personalised to your specific needs and can be used to relieve headaches, ease tension, eliminate toxins and calm the mind.
